Obnoxious Report!……If you are driving through the upscale John’s Creek neighborhood in Georgia, those items outside that mansion might belong to Robert Sylvester Kelly. An eviction notice was posted issued in Fulton County Magistrate Court for the R&B icon over nonpayment of rent. Insiders say he was neighbors to Real Housewives Of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes. However, that is not the case anymore since his things were sat on the curb.
Not long ago an employee of Kelly’s was arrested for moving all of the troubled singer’s belongings out of two houses Kelly was renting in Atlanta. At the time it was rumored Kelly owed the perpetrator a large amount of money in back pay. It seems he decided to take matters into his own hands to get paid no matter what took to make Kelly pay him.
According to the court documents, Robert Kelly was renting the mansion located at 405 Old Homestead Trail for $11,542.45 per month, which may not have included cable and utilities. The property management company states that Kelly owes, $23,084.90 for January and February as well as late fees and court costs of $2,308.48.
Kelly owns or rents at least two other homes in the area and has been the victim of a burglary. One man was actually selling personal items from the star’s home because he said he was owed money. In the summer of 2017, allegations that R. Kelly was the center of a sex cult that controlled young women caused major concert cancellations. The singer has denied holding any women against their will and has not been touring or releasing any new material. The eviction notice can be viewed below:
